
What do we have to offer you?

The SwimSquad is for every triathlete, open water swimmer or recreational swimmer who wants to improve their freestyle.

Each week we have a variety of swim workouts: technique, the faster threshold/CSS work or the longer endurance workouts (we call them the "Red Mist").

There is always at least 1 (and usually 2) coach on hand to provide guidance or feedback.

The number of participants is limited to guarantee the quality of the training.

The lanes are divided according to level so that you are always in the lane with swimmers of a similar level (maximum 5 per lane).

No stress.....it's still fun!


For Whom?
To get the most out of the sessions, we expect participants to be able to swim at least 100m. We do hone the technique during training, but we don't have the space during SwimSquad to teach you front crawl.
If you think you are not yet eligible, but would still like to learn the front crawl, please do not hesitate to contact us for our "Start To Crawl" options.
