We film you in high definition using our specialized cameras, both above and underwater.

The power meter for swimmers: During the second round, you will swim with EO Swimbetter sensors. These allow us to precisely measure your hand trajectory and identify exactly where you are losing your grip on the water.
2. Video Analysis
We review the recordings together immediately at the poolside.

Expert view: We link the live sensor data to the footage. By comparing your technique with that of elite swimmers, we expose your most critical areas for improvement.
3. Technique Correction
With the analysis fresh in your mind, we dive straight back into the water.

Targeted approach: We determine the priorities and teach you the most efficient drills. This way, we immediately transform data-driven insights into a better swimming flow.
