Endurance Peak Coaching bv provides on-site coaching.

Pricing

The prices quoted are provided in good faith based on the information available from the service providers at the time.
Prices are quoted in euros and per person, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The prices include all services and taxes as described in the programme, as well as VAT.
Not included are: costs for travel documents, visas, vaccinations, insurance; all personal expenses; tips and excursions that are not expressly stated as included; and transport to and from the airport in Belgium.

Double or triple rooms

If a traveller books a double or triple room but there are not enough people available to fill the room, the room will automatically be converted into a double room or single room. In that case, the traveller is obliged to pay the price for the room in which they will be staying.
If the traveller does not wish to do so, he/she may cancel the trip free of charge within 7 days after Endurance Peak Coaching bv has informed him/her of this.

Formalities

The traveller must confirm that they have taken note of the information regarding the formalities to be completed, which is provided on the website or by the reseller.
All travellers must be in possession of valid identity documents for the trip booked. For all non-EU destinations, a valid passport is required as a minimum. Identity documents (including international passports) must be valid for at least 6 months after the return date. All information can be obtained from the Consulate of the country concerned.
Travellers of non-Belgian nationality must spontaneously disclose their nationality when making a reservation. We also recommend that you always check with the relevant Embassy or Consulate.
Children must have a valid identity card with a photo (Kids-Id). Children who are not accompanied by their parents must present documents in which the parents give their consent for them to travel alone and which state the date of arrival and departure from the country concerned, as well as the address where they are spending their holiday and their address in Belgium.
Failure to comply with the legal requirements of the country concerned will result in the traveller being liable for any resulting damage.
The traveller is responsible for any vaccinations. As the organiser has no medical authority, the traveller must evaluate the information provided with a competent doctor.
When making a reservation and upon departure, travellers must ensure that they and their fellow travellers are free of coronavirus or any other similar virus and that they can provide proof of this, as required by the country of departure, the country of transit, the country of arrival, the carriers and the service providers.

Luggage

In the event of loss or damage to luggage, the traveller must complete a property irregularity report at the airport's lost luggage department. Without this document, it is impossible to obtain compensation. When travelling by coach, a certificate must be requested from the accompanying staff member.

Liability

The websites of Endurance Peak Coaching bv were created based on information known to us at the time of publication. If there are any changes in the operation, facilities and services of the products offered, these will be communicated immediately after the organiser becomes aware of them. Where possible, we will inform you of any changes and/or errors in this brochure before you make your reservation. Obvious manifest errors are therefore not binding on Endurance Peak Coaching bv.
The organiser's services commence and end at the pick-up point.

Changes made by the traveller

Changes to a booked trip will be accepted subject to payment of the following fees, in addition to the normal price adjustment and change fees imposed by the transport company.
Up to 30 days before departure: €40 per person; less than 30 days before departure: €80 per person.
Premature interruption of the trip does not entitle the traveller to a refund for services not used. All additional costs (airfare, transport and transfers) are borne by the traveller.

Cancellation by the traveller

After receipt of the deposit, the following cancellation conditions apply::
- Up to 4 months before the departure date: €40 administration fee per cancellation
- From 4 months to 56 days before the departure date: 10% of the total price per cancellation
- 55 days to 28 days before the departure date: 25% of the total price per cancellation
- 27 days to 8 days before the departure date: 50% of the total price per cancellation
- Less than 7 days before the departure date: 100% of the total price per cancellation

Cancellation by the organisation

Endurance Peak Coaching bv reserves the right to cancel the trip if:
- the number of people who have registered is less than 5 on the first day of the year of departure.
- the number of people who have registered is less than 8 at 45 days before the departure date.
Endurance Peak Coaching bv reserves the right to cancel the trip if the agreement cannot be performed as a result of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances and it informs the traveller before the start of the trip that the agreement is being terminated.
In such cases, Endurance Peak Coaching bv will refund all amounts paid by the traveller without being liable for any additional compensation.

Insurance

We recommend that all our travellers take out cancellation and assistance insurance.

Payments

A deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid when making a reservation.
The reservation is only valid and final after receipt of the deposit.
The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before the departure date. No exceptions to this rule will be permitted. Written confirmation and/or travel documents will be delivered no later than 1 week before the departure date.
