Ready to push your limits at one of the world’s most iconic sports destinations?
From May 9 to May 16, 2026, we head to Club La Santa in Lanzarote for an intensive, professionally guided training camp. We combine scientific insights with a motivating group dynamic to make you stronger—both physically and technically.

 

What can you expect?

  • Swimming: Technical and endurance sessions in an Olympic pool.

  • Cycling: Challenging rides across Lanzarote’s unique terrain.

  • Running: Targeted sessions on the track or along stunning panoramic routes.

  • Professional guidance: Train in a group with coaching tailored to your personal progress.

  • Relaxation: Enjoy sun and sea, topped off with shared dinners to end the day.

 

A typical day schedule:

  • Morning: Swim training focused on technique, speed, or endurance.

  • Afternoon: Cycling session (or alternative activities like padel, windsurfing, or yoga).

  • Evening: Second swim session or participation in Club La Santa’s wide sports program.
