SwimSquad – Technical and efficient front crawl swimming

Become a faster, more efficient swimmer

Whether you're training for a triathlon, open water swimming, or simply for fun: at SwimSquad we take your technique and fitness to the next level.

What can you expect from us?

Targeted variety: Weekly training sessions focused on technique, speed (CSS), and endurance (our infamous “Red Mist”sets).
Expert coaching: Always 1 to 2 coaches on deck providing direct feedback and adjustments.
Quality & space: Small groups with a maximum of 5 swimmers per lane, grouped according to your level.
The right vibe: Work hard in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

Is this for you?

You’re welcome as soon as you can swim at least 100m continuously. We’re happy to refine and perfect your technique, but we don’t teach front crawl from scratch during these sessions.

Not able to swim 100m crawl yet? No problem. Ask about our “Start to Crawl” courses to learn the fundamentals.

The Swimsquad is a combination of technique, speed, and endurance.

The focus during this training is on drills and technique, with many tips to further improve your swimming style. Correct execution is much more important than the distances swum.

Threshold/CSS

Wednesday 06:30-07:30

If you want to improve your speed in the pool and in open water over a distance longer than 400m, then this session is for you!
The goal of these sessions is to improve your CSS (=Critical Swim Speed).
For this training it is very important that every swimmer knows his CSS speed and testing this CSS and comparing it with previous results is a fixed part of this training.
