Whether you train several times a week or have to fit your sessions in between work and family commitments, the plan is adapted to your reality.

We systematically build a strong foundation, develop your pace, and provide race-specific incentives—without unnecessary overload.

We closely monitor your progress in TrainingPeaks via pace, heart rate, and, if necessary, HRV.

We monitor:

  • Training load and recovery

  • Threshold development

  • Progressive build-up towards competitions

  • Risk of overload

This ensures consistent progress with minimal risk of injury.

From 5 km to marathon or ultra run: you will receive a plan tailored to your goals, personal situation, and background.

Our working method

The coaching always begins with an intake interview , where coach and athlete get to know each other better. Based on the information gathered and the goals set, we map out the optimal training plan .

The greatest strength and added value of our coaching lies in the continuous monitoring and adjustment of the plan , tailored to achieved results and any changes in your personal situation. All training sessions are shared via the TrainingPeaks.com platform, and every athlete receives a Premium account as part of the coaching.

We understand that not everyone needs full professional guidance and support, which is why we offer various coaching options . We also differentiate between guidance for multi-athletes (triathlon, duathlon, swimrun) and cyclists, runners, or swimmers .
