Do you want to train for a specific goal, but don't need continuous monitoring? Then an individual training schedule is the ideal solution.

Whether it's a triathlon, marathon or open water swimming competition, we will draw up a structured schedule for your goal.

The plan will be tailored to your level, available training times and the time remaining until the event. You will receive a clear periodisation and logical structure leading up to your competition.

Even without active coaching, we start from the same principles: quality, progressive load and thoughtful planning.

Your schedule includes:

  • Targeted training zones

  • Variation in intensity and duration

  • Build-up to peak moment

  • Tapering towards competition day

More autonomy, but clear direction


This is a more budget-friendly option for athletes who can train independently but still need structure and direction.

 

You follow the schedule at your own pace and under your own responsibility. There is no continuous data analysis or adjustment, but you know exactly what you are training, when and why.

Our working method

The coaching always begins with an intake interview , where coach and athlete get to know each other better. Based on the information gathered and the goals set, we map out the optimal training plan .

The greatest strength and added value of our coaching lies in the continuous monitoring and adjustment of the plan , tailored to achieved results and any changes in your personal situation. All training sessions are shared via the TrainingPeaks.com platform, and every athlete receives a Premium account as part of the coaching.

We understand that not everyone needs full professional guidance and support, which is why we offer various coaching options . We also differentiate between guidance for multi-athletes (triathlon, duathlon, swimrun) and cyclists, runners, or swimmers .
