Verbeteringen worden niet aan het toeval overgelaten, maar systematisch opgebouwd tijdens Swimsquad-trainingen en individuele sessies. Elke training heeft een scherpe focus: techniek verfijnen, efficiëntie verhogen of snelheid ontwikkelen.

Our working method

The coaching always begins with an intake interview , where coach and athlete get to know each other better. Based on the information gathered and the goals set, we map out the optimal training plan .

The greatest strength and added value of our coaching lies in the continuous monitoring and adjustment of the plan , tailored to achieved results and any changes in your personal situation. All training sessions are shared via the TrainingPeaks.com platform, and every athlete receives a Premium account as part of the coaching.

We understand that not everyone needs full professional guidance and support, which is why we offer various coaching options . We also differentiate between guidance for multi-athletes (triathlon, duathlon, swimrun) and cyclists, runners, or swimmers .
