Our swim options
Swimsquad sessions
Come to our coached training sessions at the swimming pool in Kuurne. We have four training sessions per week, each with its own goal. Technique on Mondays, speed on Wednesdays and endurance on Saturdays.
Video analysis is by far the most efficient way to improve your swimming technique. In this individual session, we will review the footage together and identify areas for improvement. Then we will return to the water for individual technique training.
If you are unable to attend the Swimsquad or would prefer one-to-one follow-up sessions rather than individual swimming training, we hire a lane at the Lago Swimming Pool in Zwevegem so that we can work on your swimming technique without interruption.
