Our metabolic test goes a step further than the lactate test.
By performing additional tests, we can determine your metabolic profile. In addition to your anaerobic threshold, this test also allows us to determine your VO2max (endurance capacity) and your VLaMax (resistance capacity). From there, your energy consumption can be calculated and we can draw up a very accurate energy and pacing plan for your competition.
Tip: combine this metabolic test with a sweat test to get a complete picture of both your energy and hydration needs.
