Tailor your carbohydrate intake to the work required and deliver up to 120 grams of carbohydrates per litre.
Then add the correct strength of Precision Hydration effervescent tablets or take the electrolyte capsules to meet your sodium requirements.
Carb Only Drink Mix
The Carb Only Drink Mix is designed to be flexible, allowing you to tailor your energy intake to your needs.
You can mix it to provide 30–120 g of carbohydrates per litre and then add our low-cal Precision Hydration Tablets or take electrolyte capsules to meet your sodium requirements.
Use these guidelines:
Mix 1 scoop in 500 ml of water to deliver 15 g of carbohydrates per 500 ml (30 g of carbohydrates per litre)
Mix 2 scoops in 500 ml of water for 30 g of carbohydrates per 500 ml (60 g of carbohydrates per litre)
Mix 3 scoops in 500 ml of water for 45 g of carbohydrates per 500 ml (90 g of carbohydrates per litre)
Mix 4 scoops in 500 ml of water for 60 g of carbohydrates per 500 ml (120 g of carbohydrates per litre)
With Carb Only Drink Mix, you can increase the carbohydrate content of your bottles if you drink less in cooler conditions and reduce it when it is hot and you drink more.
For an ideal mix, fill your bottle about 1/3 full with water, add the drink mix and shake vigorously. Then fill with water and shake one last time.
