PF300 Flow Gel Pack (+Water Bottle)
- With the PF 300 Flow Gel, you can easily store 300 g of carbohydrates in a single water bottle or Soft Flask. That's equivalent to 10 x PF 30 Gels, or just over 3 x PF 90 Gels.
- It is slightly more liquid than our standard gel, so you don't need to add water. Just pour the gel into your water bottle and take a sip to get your intake.
- Flow Gel works best with a Flow Bottle or Flow Flask. Use the scale on the side to easily keep track of how much fuel you are consuming. We tested hundreds of bottles and flasks to find the one with the best flow.
- Top tip: rinse your bottle or flask with water BEFORE filling it with gel for optimal flow.
